The first step is to perform an evaluation which ACG provides at No-Charge to the dealer. After the evaluation we review the results and determine if we have a win/win plan to achieve the desired results. Then we can start a “Custom Built” training program for your dealership.

- We have hired “Consultants” before and as soon as they leave so does the improvement in gross profit. How is your company different?

ACG installs a follow-up program (CIP) that reviews your performance daily. This allows us to contact the dealer/service manager on a daily basis if needed, and make adjustments, coach, or provide additional training in under-performing areas.

- Do I have to sign a contract?
|
|
|
ACG does not believe in Contracts. We believe in earning your business the old fashioned way. If we don't peform and earn your trust we should not be doing business together. What we have is an agreement of what both parties will do and if ACG or our clients decide not to follow the agreement there is a 30-day out clause for any reason. It's that simple!
